Upon successful completion of this course the student will be able to:
- Use mathematical and graphical techniques to analyze the motion of bodies and simple mechanisms.
- Apply the principles of equilibrium to the analysis of the forces acting on accelerating bodies.
- Determine the magnitudes of work, Kinetic energy, and potential energy interchanges.
- Possess an elementary understanding of impulse and momentum, and be capable to analyzing their interchanges.
