LAW 260 - Labor-Management Relations (Labor Law) Labor-management relations in the public and private sectors. Taft-Hartley Act, National Labor Relations Act and Wagner Act, unfair labor practices, labor contracts, arbitration and mediation, availability of injunctions in labor disputes.

Upon successful completion of this course the student will be able to:
- Demonstrate an understanding of the public and private sector labor management goals and responsibilities.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the negotiation process regarding contract formation between labor and management.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the various labor management related legislation which affects the relationship.
