Mission
The mission of the A.S. in Sports Management program is to provide a well-rounded business education that prepares students for transfer to four-year colleges and universities with concentrations in Sports Management.
Program Learning Outcomes
- Demonstrate an understanding of concepts and terms in accounting, marketing, management, and law.
- Effectively solve basic discipline-specific problems in the industry of sports.
- Solve statistical problems in business.
- Communicate appropriately in organizational settings.
- Analyze and respond effectively to legal and ethical situations in diverse organizations.
- Plan, organize, and conduct athletic activities.

The Sports Management program is a sequence of courses in Sports Management, general Business, and general education that leads to an Associate in Science degree in Sports Management. The program is designed to transfer to four year institutions to continue study in Sports Management.
