PED 144 - Aerobics (CV) A low impact, high energy cardiovascular program done with a music background. Floor aerobics, step aerobics, body toning, and resistance bands included. Open to both men and women.

Course Profile Learning Outcomes of the Course:
Upon successful completion of this course the student will be able to:
- List and explain the components and importance of a proper warm up for aerobic exercise.
- Know how to build a bell curve with appropriate exercises.
- Show ways to increase and decrease intensity in aerobic exercise using PLERUTT.
- Identify the importance of a target heart rate, know how and when to take a THR during Aerobic exercise.
