Mission
The mission of the Medical Administrative Skills (MAS) Certificate is to provide graduates with the necessary skills and knowledge for employment in an entry-level administrative position in a variety of medical offices and hospitals. Upon completion of the certificate, students are prepared to immediately obtain a position in the high-demand field of medical administration. This certificate also enables students to earn transfer credits into other related programs for further studies.

- All credits earned in this certificate program can be applied toward the Medical Assistant, A.A.S. degree.
- Fall of 2018: Medical Administrative Skills Certificate requires that a minimum grade of C or better must be earned for all curriculum specific courses in the approved program and a minimum grade of D or better be earned specific to Biology 101 or 131.
