ENV 161 - Controlled Environmental Agriculture I
Controlled Environmental Agriculture covers the fundamental concepts of agricultural food production in controlled environments, such as greenhouses. The course and laboratory activities will cover concepts in horticulture substrates, irrigation and water quality, plant nutrient and fertilization, nutrient monitoring, and disease and pest management in the controlled environment.

Prerequisite: ENV 120 Sustainable Agriculture
