PSY 295 - Psychology Research Capstone (WE) Students perform original research in psychology, to produce professional publications or presentations.
Prerequisite- Corequisite Prerequisites: PSY 110 General Psychology, ENG 110 College Writing I, and approval of the instructor.
Credits: 3 Hours 3 Research Seminar Hours Course Profile Learning Outcomes of the Course:
Upon successful completion of this course the student will be able to:
- Demonstrate the ability to identify a researchable problem in psychology.
- Locate and critically evaluate appropriate existing psychological research.
- Demonstrate an understanding and mastery of a particular research method used in psychology, including research design, data analysis, data interpretation, and the development of conclusions from edvidence.
