Learning Outcomes of the Course:

Upon successful completion of this course the student will be able to:

  1. Define project management and describe the phases and processes involved in initiating and planning a project.
  2. Work effectively in a team environment by applying team-building skills and using project management tools and support systems.
  3. Monitor and control a project by following established procedures and providing regular progress updates.
  4. Clearly articulate issues or problems, evaluate ideas and data, recognize limitations such as perspective and bias, and develop well-reasoned conclusions.
  5. Apply artificial intelligence tools and techniques to solve real-world problems, enhance decision-making, and improve efficiency within a business or professional context, while demonstrating awareness of ethical considerations and data integrity.
