Learning Outcomes of the Course:
Upon successful completion of this course the student will be able to:
- Demonstrate an understanding of various New York vehicle and traffic statues.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the Courts role in handling various violations of the Vehicle and Traffic Law.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the role of the Paralegal in the creation of and the handling of the Vehicle and Traffic file.
