Upon successful completion of this course the student will be able to:
- Demonstrate an understanding of the rules of Civil Federal Procedure.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the function and structure of various pleadings used in the Federal Court system.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the preparation of 3 Federal Court documents.
