BIT 285 - Illustrator for Mobile, Web, and PrintTake an in-depth look at one of today's most popular software programs for computer illustration and its use in print and digital media. Students will be introduced to the tools available in Illustrator, how to work with objects, clipart, web-graphics (bit maps), color and more. Students will work with basic shapes including editing and painting and will learn to draw with precision using the pen tool as well as use the brush types to enhance their work. Students will also learn how to use Photoshop and Illustrator together to enhance projects. Advanced editing techniques and skills in Photoshop will take every user to the next level. Students will also participate in discussion groups to critique work.
